The impressive Blumenstein church lies in front of the Fallbach Falls. Mountain hiking trails lead over the alp to the Gantrisch region, to the Alps of the Simmental sunny side and to the Stockhorn. Summer inn with a range of mainly own products. The site still appears as the pleasure bath of yesteryear, in a secluded location! The Chästeilet, a public festival, takes place at the end of September. Hike up through the Chirschigraben into the Gantrisch region, with impressive views. The stop at the expanded "Löibli", next to the new cheese dairy, gives you strength.

WAYS TO THE ALP

By car from Blumenstein on the toll road through the Blumenstein forest to the alp. On foot: from Blumenstein (659 m) on hiking and mountain trails through the gorge of the Fallbach or the Blumisteinwald to the alp.

A water pipeline of the Blattenheid cooperative with two regulating reservoirs crosses the south-eastern flank of the alp. The wild hay is no longer brought in. The Fallbach is notorious for its flood capacity during thunderstorms and has been heavily obstructed.
