The Walalp, an organic Demeter cow pasture with cheese production, is nestled in the lovely alpine meadows on the south side and the steep rock faces on the north side. Westwards, the view opens up to the whole Bunschental valley and the beautiful sunsets.

You can get to Untere Walalp by car via Weissenburgberg, and from there continue on foot to Obere Walalp.
