"I'm responsible for the organization and coordination of the entire hotel - from staff schedules to monitoring cleanliness," she explains. Brigitte's tasks cover a broad spectrum: she plans the team's schedules, coordinates days off and vacation times and ensures that orders are placed on time. She also monitors cleanliness throughout the building and takes care of stock management. "I also lend a hand in the laundry," she adds. Her commitment is evident in every task, no matter how small, and makes the hotel a feel-good place for guests and employees.
