Schnabel Alpine Inn
An alpine hut with Ründi, fantastically secluded. The alp lies on the north-western slope of a mountain ridge in the midst of extensive forests at 1320 to 1420 m above sea level. The pasture slope is broken up by forest tongues, which shields the wind and moderates the climate. In dry areas, there are small grass stands. In good weather, there is a fantastic view from the Niesen to the Jura and far into the Emmental.
Ways to the Alp
Via Sigriswil-Schwanden-Sagi you get to Dünzenegg, then you have to turn left towards Schnabel. The route is suitable for car, bike and hike.
