Management of the Hauenstein Group

In November 2020, Peter Hauenstein handed over the reins to his two daughters Nathalie and Andrea Hauenstein and to Daniel Eschmann, the long-standing Managing Director of Hauenstein Immobilien AG. The 3rd generation of the Hauenstein family is thus taking over the operational management of the group of companies. The management is now characterized by a cooperative management style based on the existing core values.

Nathalie Hauenstein is responsible for strategic management and central support processes in the hotel and catering sectors. This includes specialist areas such as corporate development, finance and controlling, marketing, human resources (HR) and purchasing.

Daniel Eschmann's role is to support the Group's various business areas in the best possible way and, as an "eagle" - and not a family member - to provide the next generation with the best possible support in their functions.

Andrea Hauenstein is primarily active in the areas of real estate and finance. This includes project development, financial and tax planning, as well as various issues relating to the Group's management.
