Starting in November 2025, the Deltapark Vitalresort in Gwatt near Thun will be complemented by PhysioFit Schönberg. From physical therapy and pelvic floor exercises to a wide range of fitness programs, everything revolves around physical health.

PhysioFit is part of the Schönberg Clinic in Gunten, where the fitness center already has a location. Last year, the Schönberg Clinic, together with Daniel Schoonbroodt—a certified physical therapist and head of therapies at Schönberg Clinic AG—seized the opportunity to elegantly expand its offerings in the vacant tent building at Deltapark. The ambiance at the new location is unparalleled. There is an atmosphere of tranquility and privacy. Directly across from it is the spa and wellness area of the Vitalresort. This has created a holistic health oasis. The fitness center focuses on prevention and rehabilitation. “We’re not just some run-of-the-mill gym,” Daniel says with a wink.

Also worth highlighting is the clinic’s specialization in the pelvic floor—a topic that is resonating with more and more people as the stigma surrounding it diminishes. The role of the pelvic floor is often underestimated, whether it is too weak or too tense, in both women and men. In addition to highly qualified counseling and support, clients have access to the innovative PelviPower chair. This device uses a magnetic field that stimulates the pelvic floor muscles with pulsating impulses, requiring no active effort.
