New General Manager of Hauenstein Hotels

Nathalie Hauenstein has Hauenstein Hotels as general manager of Hauenstein Hotels for the past five years and is a member of the Hauenstein Group’s executive board. Her focus has been particularly on strengthening cross-group collaboration, leveraging synergies more effectively, establishing structures, and fostering a sense of unity within the group.

Now she will hand over the post of general manager to David Romanato (former co-director of the Belvédère Strandhotel in Spiez).

Nathalie Hauenstein's new role:

Nathalie Hauenstein will continue to be responsible for the Hotel and Restaurants Division as a member of the Executive Board of the Hauenstein Group and, together with David Romanato, will strategically develop the business field. In the future, Nathalie Hauenstein's focus will be on the human resources and corporate development of the entire Hauenstein Group.

The goal is to create a working environment that promotes the togetherness and creativity of each individual. The potential of the Hauenstein Group is to be utilised and the people within the Group are to be promoted.

More about David Romanato:

David Romanato co-managed the Belvédère Strandhotel in Spiez with Bruno Affentranger. David Romanato then managed the Ermitage Wellness & SPA Hotel in Gstaad-Schönried for a year and a half. In April 2020, David Romanato returned to the Belvédère Strandhotel and will now assume the position of General Manager of Hauenstein Hotels starting in June 2021. David Romanato is qualified for the position of General Manager not only because of his broad expertise, but also because of his hands-on approach and empathetic leadership style.

New management at the Belvédère Strandhotel:

From June 2021, Bruno Affentranger will be succeeded by Timo Horber, former F&B Manager of the Deltapark Vitalresort, as Vice Director of the Belvédère Strandhotel.
