The DELTAVITAL Health Management Center of Excellence at Deltapark offers professional programs for companies as well as competitive and recreational athletes: For companies, it provides modular wellness team events and elite athlete training programs on stress management and workplace health promotion. Competitive and recreational athletes receive support in optimizing their training or returning to sports after injuries. Consulting and support are provided by Adrian Kernen, who holds a master’s degree in Health Promotion and Prevention, and by Dr. Rudolf Cordes, a specialist in internal medicine and the medical director of DELTAVITAL Health Management. Collaborations with notable figures such as Olympic champion Tanja Frieden, a coach for personal development and mental training, round out the wide range of services.
