On our à la carte menu you will find not only various seasonal meat and fish dishes, but also vegetarian temptations. Our specialties include bouillabaisse or Lake Thun whitefish fish and chips. As an afterthought, enjoy sweet delights from our pâtisserie.

The hotel's own restaurant in the Deltapark Vitalresort is characterized by its seasonality, regionality as well as its range of vegetarian dishes. Our chef is a passionate and convincing vegetarian and therefore knows very well where the taste buds of his guests lie.
Truffles and caviar from the region
Again and again we seduce our guests with specialties such as a freshly caught pike from Lake Thun or with truffles and caviar from the region. Fresh, light, uncomplicated and simple dishes are our priority.
Predominantly we use Swiss products. For us, the food and its preciousness are always in the foreground. For this reason we try to process all ingredients as much as necessary but as little as possible.
Live Cooking
At lunchtime, we offer our guests a weekly changing menu with seasonal adjustments and in the evening, à la carte is on the agenda including the highlight, which consists of an extensive buffet concept as well as live cooking.

As a guest of the Solbadhotel you can enjoy seasonal à la carte dishes high above Lake Thun with a magnificent view of the Bernese Alps. Stay overnight and enjoy
With us the guests enjoy above all the half-board offer. Our kitchen works with various basic products and produces as much as possible ourselves. We do not use grained broth and additives that are not absolutely necessary. Regionality and the ecological footprint are very important to us. We minimize food waste by fully integrating our fresh products into our menus.
Our restaurant is primarily available to our hotel guests. Depending on capacity, reservations are also possible for individual guests in the evening.

Grizzlybär Adventure Land in Forst-Längenbühl
The Grizzly Bear Adventure Land is located only 15 minutes from Thun. Cooked is a home-style Swiss cuisine. Our specialties include homemade Rösti, Cordon Bleu and various vegetarian dishes. We cook fresh and seasonal with mainly Swiss products from the Thun region. The coziness as well as the human atmosphere characterize the Grizzly. We stand for many things, but are mainly focused on families, groups but also individuals.
