Sausages and rolls were yesterday. Now it's time to pack gourmet products for your hike.
It's very easy to enjoy a healthy salad, for example. Simply prepare your favourite ingredients, take the homemade salad dressing separately in a tupperware, give it a quick shake and the perfect snack is ready to enjoy on the summit with a beautiful view.

For dessert, it's best to take something homemade. It doesn't always have to be complicated. Chocolate muffins are quick to make and provide the necessary energy after a strenuous mountain tour.
